Privacy policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Robin ("we", "us") collects at getrobin.au, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and profile details Google shares with us.
- Your work in Robin: the store addresses you add, files you upload, the ads made for you, and your revision requests and feedback.
- Activity and technical details: when you sign in and what you do in Robin (for example starting a run), along with your IP address and browser type. We use this to run, secure and support the service.
- Payment details (when paid plans start): payments will be handled by our payment provider. We won't store your full card details.
Robin also gathers publicly available information about the brands you add, such as their websites, public social media posts and public ads.
How we use it
- to provide Robin: signing you in, making and storing your ads, and keeping your workspace private to your team;
- to keep Robin secure and working, including fixing errors and preventing misuse;
- to apply your plan's limits and, once paid plans start, to bill you;
- to contact you about your account, such as sign-in links and important changes.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run Robin, who process information for us:
- Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in Singapore);
- Fly.io (the servers Robin runs on, in Sydney);
- Anthropic (the AI that analyses brands and designs ads; it receives the brand material needed for each step);
- Google (if you choose to sign in with Google, and to load the fonts on our pages).
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in Singapore and the United States. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Robin uses cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your workspace. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account details, brands and ads, except where we need to keep something by law (for example payment records).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask a question or make a complaint about how we handle it, by emailing jack@blends-ai.net. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we'll let you know by email or in the app.
